The following describes the Rewards and Benefits that may be available under the Atlas Card rewards and benefits program as of the date set forth above. These details supplement, and should be read together with, the Rewards and Benefits Terms and Conditions and all other relevant agreements, terms, and policies between the applicable Atlas Card account holder (“Member,” “you” or “your”) and Atlas Exploration, Inc. (“Atlas,” “our,” or “we”). Atlas may add, modify, or discontinue any Reward or Benefit or the terms related thereto at any time as described in those terms, and additional terms, including from our partners, may apply.
Atlas Concierge: Provides access to a text-based concierge service for travel, dining, events, and lifestyle requests through the Atlas platform and a team of specialists.
Dining Access: Members may submit dining requests through Atlas Concierge. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Dining reservations secured through Atlas Concierge must be paid for with the Atlas Card. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or violation of our or any restaurant’s code of conduct may be considered when evaluating future requests. Visa Infinite Benefits: Your Atlas Card includes complimentary Visa Infinite benefits, which may include travel protections (trip cancellation and interruption, trip delay, lost luggage, travel accident insurance, auto rental collision damage waiver, travel and emergency assistance, and roadside dispatch) and purchase protections (extended warranty, cellular telephone protection, purchase security, and return protection), subject to terms and exclusions. $3,000 Private Charter Credit: A one-time statement credit of up to $3,000 (depending on the applicable purchase amount) will be applied to your account if you book an eligible private charter flight through Atlas Concierge and pay for such booking with your Atlas Card or other Atlas-required payment method. Limited to one eligible booking per calendar year. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. Eligible purchases are certain private charter flights arranged and booked through Atlas Concierge. Statement credit periods end at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/2026. Travel must occur on or before 12/31/2026. Statement credits will typically post to your account within 90 days of the qualifying purchase. The $3,000 Private Charter Credit must be available at the time the eligible booking is made to be applied to your account. $1,000 Semi-Private Aviation Credit: One or more statement credits of up to $1,000 (depending on the applicable purchase amount(s)) will be applied to your account if you make an eligible semi-private flight and membership purchases, up to a maximum accumulation of $1,000 in statement credits each calendar year. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. Statement credits will be earned across one or more eligible purchases until the annual maximum amount of $1,000 is reached. Eligible purchases are limited to flights and memberships booked through Atlas Concierge with BLADE, JSX, Aero, and Slate. Statement credit periods end at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/2026. Travel must occur on or before 12/31/2026. Statement credits will typically post to your account within 90 days of the qualifying purchase. The $1,000 Semi-Private Aviation Credit must be available at the time an eligible purchase is made to be applied to your account. $1,000 Business Class Flight Credit: A one-time statement credit of $1,000 will be applied to your account when you book an eligible business class flight or itinerary (e.g., multiple one-way flights that are part of a single trip) with a total value of $5,000 or more through Atlas Concierge. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. Limited to one eligible booking per calendar year. Statement credit periods end at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/2026. Travel must occur on or before 12/31/2026. Statement credits will typically post to your account within 90 days of the qualifying purchase. $1,000 Ticketed Experience Credit: A one-time statement credit of $1,000 will be applied to your account when you make an eligible ticketed experience purchase with a total transaction amount of $1,000 or more. Limited to one eligible purchase per calendar year. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. Eligible purchases include certain ticketed experiences, such as certain sporting events and concerts, booked through Atlas Concierge or made directly with merchants classified under merchant category code (MCC) 7922 (ticketing agencies). Statement credit periods end at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/2026. Events must occur on or before 12/31/2026. Statement credits will typically post to your account within 90 days of the qualifying purchase. The $1,000 Ticketed Experience Credit must be available at the time an eligible purchase is made to be applied to your account. $1,000 Airport Service Credit (after $100,000 in annual spend): After you spend $100,000 on your Atlas Card in a calendar year, a one-time annual $1,000 credit will be available on your account to be applied for one or more qualifying airport travel services arranged through Atlas Concierge and paid with your Atlas Card. Limited to once per calendar year. Qualifying services can include certain private airport suites and terminals (including locations such as CDG, LHR, LAX, SIN, and FRA), lounge day passes (airline clubs, independent lounges, and premium terminal experiences), and meet-and-assist greeters for international layovers and airport transfers. Lounge day passes may be booked directly or through Atlas Concierge; meet-and-assist services must be arranged through Atlas Concierge. All services are subject to availability and additional provider terms. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. $2,000 Hotel Partner Credit (after $250,000 in annual spend): After you spend $250,000 in on your Atlas Card in a calendar year, a one-time annual statement credit of $2,000 will be available on your account to be used for qualifying purchases with Atlas’s hotel partner(s) (each, a “Hotel Partner”) booked through Atlas Concierge or the Atlas app and paid with your Atlas Card. Limited to once per calendar year. Qualifying purchases can include eligible Hotel Partner stays booked through Atlas Concierge or the Atlas app, whether prepaid or paid directly at the hotel, and certain products and services offered by the applicable Hotel Partner that are purchased in connection with such stay and reflected in the final Hotel Partner bill. Bookings made directly with a Hotel Partner are not eligible. Atlas reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any associated benefit, including for bookings, such as those scheduled beyond the applicable benefit period or where the stay does not occur within the timeframe required by the program. Credit can only be applied towards a single eligible booking in the applicable calendar year; if the value of such booking is under $2,000, the remaining credit balance may not be used towards any future transaction. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. Statement credit periods end at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/2026. Stays must be booked by 12/31/2026 and completed by 1/31/2027. The $2,000 Hotel Partner Credit must be available at the time the qualifying purchase is made to be applied to your account. Statement credits will typically post to your account within 90 days of the qualifying purchase. We may reverse statement credits if any qualifying purchases or bookings are canceled, modified, or refunded. $5,000 Atlas Travel Credit (after $1,000,000 in annual spend): After you spend $1,000,000 in in a calendar year on your Atlas Card, a one-time annual statement credit of $5,000 will be available on your account to be used for qualifying custom travel experiences arranged through Atlas Concierge and paid with your Atlas Card. Limited to once per calendar year. Qualifying experiences may include tailored itineraries, special access opportunities, and other travel arrangements facilitated through Atlas’ partner network, to the extent available. All experiences must be designed and booked through Atlas Concierge. Atlas reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any associated benefit, including bookings, such as those scheduled beyond the applicable benefit period or where the stay does not occur within the timeframe required by the program. Credit can only be applied towards a single eligible booking in the applicable calendar year; if the value of such booking is under $5,000, the remaining credit balance may not be used towards any future transaction. Erewhon Membership: A one-time statement credit of up to $200 (depending on the applicable Erewhon Membership tier) will be applied to your account for an eligible Erewhon Membership purchase charged to your Atlas Card. Limited to one eligible membership purchase per calendar year. Calendar year means January 1 through December 31 of that same year. Statement credits will typically post to your account within 90 days of the qualifying purchase. To receive statement credits, your account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Remedy Place: Members are eligible for a preferred Remedy Place membership rate of $395 per month. Eligible members who sign up for the Remedy Place membership can receive three Tech-Remedies per month, unlimited Cryotherapy, Ice Bath, and Remedy Roller sessions, and 15% off select services, including IV therapy, IM therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture, subject to availability. Wheely: Members are eligible to receive $200 in Wheely ride credits, available across two journeys of up to $100 each, plus a complimentary three-month Wheely membership. 5x Points: Members earn five (5) points for each eligible dollar spent on hotel reservations booked through the Atlas App, and on qualifying hotel and villa reservations; flight bookings; rail, car rental, and private car transfer bookings; cruise and yacht charter bookings; and airport lounge, private terminal, and arrival services booked through Atlas Concierge. Certain travel purchases, including certain private jet charter services, are not eligible to earn 5x points. General Eligibility: Points are awarded only on eligible purchases. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, credits, disputed transactions, fees, interest charges, cash advances, cash equivalents, and any other transactions designated by Atlas as ineligible will not earn points. Atlas reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a transaction qualifies for a particular rewards category and to modify rewards categories, earning rates, or eligibility requirements at any time, subject to applicable law. How is annual spend calculated? Annual spend is calculated based on eligible settled purchases made between January 1 and December 31 of each calendar year.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards? Rewards must be redeemed by December 31st, with the exception of the $2,000 Aman Credit and the $5,000 Atlas Travel Credit, which can be redeemed until January 31.
Does annual spend progress reset? Yes. Spend thresholds reset each calendar year on January 1.
Can credits be partially used? Only the $1,000 Airport Service Credit and $1,000 Semi-Private Aviation Credit can be used incrementally. Other benefits are designed as single-use credits.

How can I track my spending progress toward the milestone rewards? You can track your spending progress towards milestone rewards by viewing the benefit in app, or by asking Atlas Concierge.
Do additional cardmembers receive the same benefits? Benefits are tied to the overall charge account rather than to each individual cardmember. Additional cardmembers are able to use the card and concierge, but annual statement credits and spend milestone rewards can only be redeemed by the primary cardmember. Additional cardmembers have full access to Atlas Concierge and any partner offers.
Will I still earn points on purchases using a statement credit? Points are earned only on net spend after credits are applied.
What happens if I cancel a booking after redeeming a credit? If a qualifying purchase is refunded, canceled, or charged back:
Are Atlas partner offers permanent? Sometimes. Some partner offers are permanently available on an ongoing basis, while other are one-time use. We also have seasonal partner offers that are available for a limited time. All partner offer details and redemption instructions are available in the app.
