Supper Club members are required to arrive on time for their reservations.
Arrival more than 15 minutes late to your reservation time will result in a no-show and will be subject to the restaurant’s no-show fee. Should you be arriving late, please inform Atlas so we may contact our restaurant partners.
Be kind and respectful to restaurant staff and fellow guests. Any member or guest behavior regarded as inappropriate will result in membership review and possible termination from the Atlas Supper Club.
Members and their guests must adhere to the dress code policies of our restaurant partners.
Members must be discreet with photography and filming to ensure the privacy of other guests.
Members are solely responsible for their guests and must convey the Atlas Code of Conduct.
Members are required to be present for their reservations.
Reservations are non-transferrable. Members who book reservations on behalf of other guests will have their Atlas Supper Club membership subject to review.
All potential dining modifications to existing reservations must be requested within the Atlas app and confirmed 6 hours prior to the reservation time.
Atlas is not responsible for any dining modifications conducted outside of the Atlas app.
As a valued member of the Atlas Supper Club, please remember our payment policy. To access the most coveted dining reservations, all meals are required to be paid for with your Atlas card.
Only one dining reservation per mealtime is permitted. Any additional attempts will be declined.
To ensure a smooth experience, we ask members to avoid excessive cancellations and abide by the code of conduct of our restaurant partners.
If you encounter any issues during your reservation, please inform us directly and we will ensure your concerns are addressed.
