This FAQ covers what’s changing, what’s staying the same, how our new benefits work, and answers to the most common questions we expect from our members.

When do the new benefits begin? The updated benefits program becomes effective July 1, 2026.
Are these benefits available immediately? Core benefits become available to use starting July 1st, 2026. Spend milestone rewards unlock once you cross the required annual spend threshold. We have automatically applied your spend beginning January 1, 2026 towards the annual spend milestone rewards.
How is annual spend calculated? Annual spend is calculated based on eligible settled purchases made between January 1 and December 31 of each calendar year. As we are making this change midway through the year, we are pleased to announce we are tracking your spend retroactively from January 1, 2026. If you have already surpassed certain thresholds, you are eligible to redeem your rewards on July 1, 2026.
When will I be charged? Although our membership fee is increasing to $3,000 annually, we will not be charging members immediately. Starting after October 15th, 2026, on your annual membership renewal date, you will be charged the new membership fee. You are free to use the new core card benefits and any eligible threshold reward benefits immediately after July 1, 2026.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards? Rewards must be redeemed by December 31st, 2026, with the exception of the $2,000 Partner Hotel Credit and the $5,000 Trip Itinerary Credit, which can be redeemed until January 31, 2027.
Do spend thresholds reset? Yes. Spend thresholds reset each calendar year on January 1.
Can benefits be partially used? Only the $1000 Airport travel credit can be used incrementally. Other benefits are designed as single-use credits.

How can I track my spending progress towards threshold rewards? Starting July 1st, you will be able to track your spending progress towards threshold rewards live in our app, or by asking Atlas concierge.
Do additional cardholders receive the same benefits? Benefits are tied to the overall charge account rather than to each individual cardholder. Additional cardholders are able to use the card and concierge, but annual statement credits and threshold reward credits can only be redeemed by the primary cardholder. Additional cardholders have full access to the concierge and any Atlas Selects partner offers.
Will I still earn points on purchases using a statement credit? Points are earned only on net spend after credits are applied.
What happens if I cancel a booking after redeeming a credit? If a qualifying purchase is refunded, canceled, or charged back:
Are Atlas Selects offers permanent? No. Atlas Selects are rotating, time-limited offers and experiences. Offers may change throughout the year.
Will Atlas continue adding new partners and experiences? Yes. We expect Atlas Selects and concierge partnerships to continue evolving throughout the year. Members should expect ongoing additions across:
Is concierge support changing? No. Concierge remains a core part of the Atlas experience. Members will continue to have access to concierge support for:
