When do the new benefits begin? The updated benefits program becomes effective July 1, 2026.
Are these benefits available immediately? The new core benefits become available to use starting July 1, 2026. Spend milestone rewards unlock once you cross the required annual spend threshold within the calendar year. We have automatically applied your spend beginning January 1, 2026 towards the annual spend milestone rewards.
How is annual spend calculated? Annual spend is calculated based on eligible settled purchases made between January 1 and December 31 of each calendar year. As we are making this change midway through the year, we are pleased to announce we are tracking your spend retroactively from January 1, 2026. If you have already surpassed certain thresholds, you are eligible to redeem your rewards on July 1, 2026.
When will I be charged the new annual fee? Although our membership fee is increasing to $3,000 annually, we will not be charging members immediately. Starting after October 15, 2026, on your annual membership renewal date, you will be charged the new membership fee. You are free to use the new core member benefits and any eligible spend milestone reward benefits immediately after July 1, 2026.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards? Rewards must be redeemed by December 31, 2026, with the exception of the $2,000 Hotel Partner Credit and the $5,000 Atlas Travel Credit, which can be redeemed until January 31, 2027.
Does annual spend progress reset? Yes. Spend thresholds reset each calendar year on January 1.
Can credits be partially used? Only the $1,000 Airport Service Credit and $1,000 Semi-Private Aviation Credit can be used incrementally. Other benefits are designed as single-use credits.
How do I redeem benefits? Most benefits are redeemed through:

How can I track my spending progress toward the milestone rewards? Starting July 1, 2026 you will be able to track your spending progress towards milestone rewards live in our app, or by asking Atlas concierge.
Do additional cardmembers receive the same benefits? Benefits are tied to the overall charge account rather than to each individual cardmember. Additional cardmembers are able to use the card and Atlas Concierge, but annual statement credits and spend milestone rewards can only be redeemed by the primary cardmember. Additional cardmembers have full access to Atlas Concierge and any partner offers.
Will I still earn points on purchases using a statement credit? Points are earned only on net spend after credits are applied.
What happens if I cancel a booking after redeeming a credit? If a qualifying purchase is refunded, canceled, or charged back:
Are Atlas partner offers permanent? Sometimes. Some partner offers are permanently available on an ongoing basis, while other are one-time use. We also have seasonal partner offers that are available for a limited time. All partner offer details and redemption instructions are available in the app.
Will Atlas continue adding new partners and experiences? Yes. Our partner offers and experiences will evolve throughout the year. Cardmembers should expect ongoing additions across:
Will business and personal cards have different benefits? No. Business and personal card memberships will enjoy the same updated benefits and rewards.
